My husband's mom taught him how to make it when he moved out, so he would survive without her Haha It's a full course meal pretty much, and it's delicious! We eat ours with corn tortillas....mmm!

1 cupchopped onion
1 cupchopped tomato
1 dashchopped jalapeño, your choice

Turn oven burner on high. Brown the groud meat with spices. Then add veggies. When the meat is done it's ready! Don't drain unless you want to, but it's nice when you reheat the leftovers!

For toppings we add slices of avocados, tomatoes, and onions. Makes a great taco!
