1 lblean ground meat
1/2 smallonion, chopped
1/2 cupfresh cilantro
1 tbspground black pepper
1/2 tbspkosher salt
3 tbsplime juice
1 tspWhite wine vinegar
1/2 tspdry mustard
1/4 cupcrumbled crackers
1egg
1 dashworcestershire sauce

Chop onions and cilantro and add to burger in a large mixing bowl.

Add other spices and crumpled crackers to and mix well.

Mix in raw egg, form patties and cook
