Ingredients

600 mlwhipping cream
60 gSemolina
10 gcaster suger
3 dropsAlmond essence

Steps

Place cream and semolina in pan, bring to boil while stirring constantly.

Turn down to simmer for 10 mind while stirring occasionly.

Turn off add the suger and Almond essence, then stir it in and serve.
