  1. 2 cupmix green , red and yellow pepper
  2. 400 gramsslice lamb shoulder
  3. 1bashed thumb size ginger
  4. 2 clovebashed garlic
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1 cupstore bought a lightly spicy teriyaki sauce

    With oil in pan stir fry ginger and garlic with lamb for about 5 minute

    off heat serve immediately
