400 gramsslice lamb shoulder
1bashed thumb size ginger
2 clovebashed garlic
1 tbspoil
1 cupstore bought a lightly spicy teriyaki sauce

With oil in pan stir fry ginger and garlic with lamb for about 5 minute

add mix pepper and teriyaki sauce for another 2 minute

off heat serve immediately
