  • 2 cupmix green , red and yellow pepper
  • 400 gramsslice lamb shoulder
  • 1bashed thumb size ginger
  • 2 clovebashed garlic
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 cupstore bought a lightly spicy teriyaki sauce

    With oil in pan stir fry ginger and garlic with lamb for about 5 minute

    off heat serve immediately
