  • 1 cupbutter, softened
  • 1/2 cupconfectioner's sugar
  • 1/4 cupcornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cupflour (I use Robin Hood gluten free flour)

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Whip butter until fluffy, stir in other ingredients.

  3. 3

    Beat on low for 1 minute, then high for 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Bake for 9 minutes. Make sure edge don't brown too much.
