  • 1 packagesPinto beans
  • 5each oxtail
  • 4each small smoked turkey necks
  • 1large onion
  • 1 tspgarlic powder

    I use pressure cooker to cook this but you can cook stove top

  2. 2

    Add oxtails.smoked turkey necks

  3. 3

    Add onion cut into pieces

  4. 4

    Add garlic powder.

  5. 5

    And pepper to taste

  6. 6

    When beans are done add orka and cover

I'm making this recipe today it's December 26,2024 the day after Christmas 🎄 . My Christmas dinner is all gone I have a big family and they don't play when it comes down to eating.
