Ingredients

  1. 6Fully cooked Polish sausages
  2. 2onions, chopped
  3. 2Sweet peppers, sliced
  4. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  5. 2 tbsphoney (or brown sugar)
  6. 1black pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Slice sausages into 1 inch pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan and sauté onions until partially cooked.

  3. 3

    Add sausages and black pepper, cook until browned.

  4. 4

    While sausages are cooking, mix Worcestershire sauce and honey in a small bowl. Add to the pan and stir. Add peppers.

  5. 5

    Sauté until peppers are cooked to your liking, stirring to make sure the sauce is coating everything. Serve with rice.

I live in Toronto, Canada with my husband and three beautiful cats...but no kids.Recently, I started on the ketogenic diet, so I had to remove many of my favorites, which contained loads of carbs and sugar. Before I got on this diet, I posted some of my own recipes that are not Keto friendly, so I cannot make them anymore, but I will not remove them from here. I'll leave them for others to see and try.
