My mom's best friend used to make this but without adding the jalepeno or soaking the artichoke hearts, so I took her recipe and improved it!

My mom's best friend used to make this but without adding the jalepeno or soaking the artichoke hearts, so I took her recipe and improved it!

Open can of artichoke hearts and drain
- 2
Pour milk into can to cover artichoke hearts, let sit for about an hour and pour the milk out. (This will get rid of all the vinegar from the artichoke hearts)

Put the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese in a bowl

Chop jalepeno pepper into small pieces and add it to the bowl
- 5
Mix thoroughly breaking up the artichoke hearts as you go

Microwave for 45 seconds at a time stirring in between until mixture is hot and cheese is melted

Serve with a sliced baguette, tortilla chips, or just eat it with a spoon, it is amazing!
