Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsbutter
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 6 tbspcocoa powder
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 3/4 tspbaking powder
  8. 1chopped nuts(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar to mix properly.

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs and mix with butter sugar mixture

  3. 3

    To the whole wheat flour add baking powder and cocoa powder...mix well..

  4. 4

    Mix the dry and wet ingredients.add nuts..

  5. 5

    Pour in a greased 8"×8" tin...bake at 180°F for 25 mins...

  6. 6

    Serve with vanilla ice cream
