Ingredients

4ripe bananas
1 tspbaking soda
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupmelted crisco
1/2 cupblack walnuts
2 cupflour
2eggs (beaten)
1/2 tspsalt

Melt crisco in a seperate bowl set aside

In another medium bowl mash the bananas

In the same bowl as the mashed bananas add remaining ingredients including melted crisco. Mix well

Spray bread pan with cooking spray and cook at 350 for 40-50mins
