  2. 1/4 cuponion chopped
  3. 6 eggs
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 1 cupchopped ham
  6. 1 cupchopped turkey
  7. 1jalapeño chopped
  8. 1leftovers potatoes
  9. 2 tbspsalsa
  10. 1/4 cupshredded cheese
  11. 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat skillet over medium heat

    A picture of step 1 of Icebox Scramble.

    Sauté all veggies in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add meats

  3. 3

    Add scrambled eggs and cook until done.

  4. 4

    Add cheese and salsa after eggs are done. Serve with toast or tortilla
