Ingredients

  • 1 boxjumbo Shells
  • 1 can8 oz. Tomato sauce
  • 32 ozPart skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cupshredded Motzzarerlla
  • 1 cupParmesan cheese (or a mix)
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 tbspParsley
  • 1/2 tspeach, salt, pepper
  • 1 largejar Spaghetti Sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread Tomato sauce in large baking dish,or 2 smaller pans. This makes 35 shells.

  2. 2

    Microwave a large bowl of water till boiling.

  3. 3

    Add raw shells and microwave 12 minutes.

  4. 4

    Drain shells & rinse in cold water. Set aside.

  5. 5

    In same bowl mix rest of ingredients except sauce. Mix WELL.

  6. 6

    Using a spoon stuff shells with cheese mixture (about 2 Tbls.) each.

  7. 7

    Place in sauced pan. Repeat.

    Sprinkle with Spagetti Sauce.

  9. 9

    Bake 350° for 40 mins. Until hot and bubbly.

  10. 10

    Let cool 15 min. Serve with garlic bread.
