Preheat oven to 400°

In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.

Cut in the butter.

Add vanilla and the water. Mix until a ball can be formed. Add more water if needed.

Roll out thin and cut into shapes.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges just start to brown.
