Beef stew Served with plain Rice

Cut the beef into small pieces and put to boil. Boil in a warm salty water.

Boil for until soft. When soft, oil and allow to boil for until water has disappeared. Then let it brown.

Add in onions and fry until soft. Add in tomatoes and cook until the they soften.

Add in royco and stir very well.
- 5
Add in water and cook for 5 minutes then serve with Rice.
