Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 lbchicken breasts (thin)
  • 1 canTomato soup (don't add water)
  • 2 canCorn (I use fire roasted)
  • 1 canRotel (any kind)
  • 1 envelopeTaco Seasoning
  • 1 envelopeRanch mix
  • 24 ozCan of black beans (drained)
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • Jalapenos, cheese, sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Add canned corn (keep fluid) to crockpot

  2. 2

    Add everything else into crockpot except jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream. Drain black beans. Stir

  3. 3

    Turn crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours

  4. 4

    Once cooked shred chicken (I use a fork) then stir.

  5. 5

    Serve with jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream on top to your taste
