Ingredients

1Pack cooked king prawns
1 mediumsize avocado
1/2Lemon zest
1 tspMayonaise
6unit Cherry tomatoes
1 pinchSalt and pepper
1 pinchCayenne pepper
1 tspFresh chopped parsley

Steps

Place the prawns in a bowel, chop the tomatoes and avocado. Add the tomatoes to the bowel with all other ingredients and mix. Add the avocado last and stir in.

Chill and eat!
