Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gmsBittergourd
  2. 100 mlCurd
  3. 2 spoons  Red chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp  salt
  5. 100 mlOil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First chop the bittergourd and soak it in a curd for 15 minutes. Add chilli powder and salt and allow to be for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Then remove the excess curd from the bowl.

  3. 3

    In the frying pan add oil and allow to boil then fry the bitter gourd mixture.

  4. 4

    Fry is ready to taste
