  1. 500 gmsDosa batter
  2. 100 gmspotatoes
  3. 3Onion
  4. 50 mloil
  5. 3green chillies
  6. 1 teaspoonSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First bake the potato in a steamer.

  2. 2

    In a pan add chopped onion, baked potato, salt, green chillies fry it for about 10 minutes with the oil.

  3. 3

    Then in a Dosa pan pour the batter and keep the masala and turn it once it is baked.

  4. 4

    Masal dosa ready to taste.
