Ingredients

  • Lemon -10
  • Green chillies-10
  • 50 gramsGinger -
  • Gingelli oil-200ml
  • 50-grams Red chilli powder, salt
  • 50-gramsTurmeric powder, Azafoetida powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the lemon into small pieces and put in a bowl

  2. 2

    Cut the green chillies, ginger into pieces and add to it

  3. 3

    Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt

  4. 4

    In a frying pan add oil and allow mustard to crack and azefotida to fry and add to the pickle,

  5. 5

    Pickle is ready to taste after 24 hrs.

  6. 6

    Need not refrigerate.
