  • 250 gmfresh parval
  • 2-3aloo
  • 1tomato
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoonsalt ya test ke according
  • 1/2 spoonhaldi powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  • 2 spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Aloo or parval ko chhilkr dhokr pises me Kat le

  2. 2

    Ab gas on karein or koyi pan gram hone rakhein fir oil dale

  3. 3

    Oil gram hone par jeera dale fir aalu parval ko dal kar 2-3 minutes saute karein

  4. 4

    Ab sabhi masala dal kar mix karein or gas ki flame low kar ke sabji ko dhkkr 5-7 minutes pakaye

  5. 5

    Fir barik Kata tamatar dale or sabji ko mix karein or 5 minutes dhkr fir se low flame me pakaye

  6. 6

    Ready he aapki dry aalu parval sabji

  7. 7

    Ese boil rice ya roti parathe ke sath khaye bahut testy lgte he
