Ingredients

20 minutes
15 servings
  • 200 mlGingelly oil
  • 200 gmsRiped Red chillies
  • 4 teaspoonssalt, Tamarind paste
  • 1 teaspoonMustard, Fenugreek powder, Azefotida powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the red chillies in the hot water for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Make it into smooth paste with salt.

  3. 3

    In a frying pan add oil, azafoetida powder and allow mustard to crack.

  4. 4

    Add the red chilli paste, tamarind paste and add fenugreek powder.

  5. 5

    Boil for 15 minutes. Ready to taste. Can be kept for a month.

  6. 6

    Need not be refrigerated.
