Steps

Wash chicken spice to your taste and parboil, turn off heat once its tender. wash tomatoes, tatashe, pepper, onions, garlic and ginger and blend into a smooth paste.

Pour paste into a pot and parboil, till the water dries up. while you are waiting for the water to dry up, heat up frying pan and add oil and fry your chicken till its fried through

Once the tomatoes paste is dried up, add 2 cksp of veg oil, don't stir, just allow it cook the tomatoes paste and once it starts to burn, then you can stir for about 10mins or less

Add knorr cube, curry powder, salt and chicken stock if you have any, pour in the fried chicken reduced heat and allow It simmer for about 7 to 10minutes

Turn off heat and serve with plate of rice
