  1. 1 tbspHibiscus berry tea
  2. 1 tbsproobios blueberry tea
  3. 1/2 tbspsnow geisha tea (found at teavana)
  4. 1 tbspmatcha green tea
  5. 1 packagesgreen tea
  6. 1 tbspfresh minced ginger
  7. 1 cupblueberries
  8. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  9. 1 cupcranberry juice
  10. 1honey

    Boil the water

  2. 2

    Put all of the tea and some honey into a cup then pour in the hot water

  3. 3

    Steep the tea for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Fill a quart sized container with ice

  5. 5

    Pour the hot tea over the ice

  6. 6

    Add the ginger and blueberries

  7. 7

    Pour the juice over the top until filled

  8. 8

    Add more honey if you want it to be sweeter or stevia or agave nectar

  9. 9

    You now have a weeks worth of the detox mix for every morning or drink one quart throughout the day
