Steps

Boil the water
- 2
Put all of the tea and some honey into a cup then pour in the hot water

Steep the tea for 5 minutes

Fill a quart sized container with ice
- 5
Pour the hot tea over the ice
- 6
Add the ginger and blueberries
- 7
Pour the juice over the top until filled
- 8
Add more honey if you want it to be sweeter or stevia or agave nectar
- 9
You now have a weeks worth of the detox mix for every morning or drink one quart throughout the day
