2tomatoes
1pilipili hoho
1onion
Dania
1 pinchsalt
Cooking oil
1 clovegarlic

Steps

30 mins

Stir fry the onions and garlic using cooking oil then add tomatoes

Add hoho then mix. Add 1 cup water then salt.

Dip the fish and cover to cook for 10 mins.

Sprinkle Dania and simmer 2 mins

Remove from heat and serve with Ugali
