Heat oil in a heavy skillet.

Wash fish.

When oil is hot enough fry the fish both side for almost 6 minutes each side.

Remove from oil. After 10 minutes return it to the hot oil and fry again this time for 3 minutes each side. This ensure6 the fish becamed crunchy.
