Bulgur with Tomatoes in Olive Oil

Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they soften and turn golden. Add the red pepper paste and stir, then add the tomato paste and mix well.

Add the grated tomatoes and water. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

Rinse the bulgur and add it to the pot along with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
