Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2eggs
  • cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1big tomato
  • onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the eggs and salt then whisk.

  2. 2

    Add 4 tbs cooking in the pan then heat.

  3. 3

    Add onion and fry till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add eggs then fry for 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes. then mix well

  6. 6

    Cook for 5 mins then serve
