Ingredients

  • 1big bream fresh fish
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 125 mlfresh cream
  • 1carrot
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2ltrs water

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean fish thoroughly and cut into three sections

  2. 2

    Chop onion,tomato and carrot

  3. 3

    Put fish and all the chopped veggies into the pot

  4. 4

    Pour water and salt

  5. 5

    Cook until water is almost finished on low heat

  6. 6

    Add fresh cream and simmer for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Best served with pap
