Cut mango n carrots to medium size sticks.heat pan put oil n mustard seeds. Add carrots saute for 5min. Add mangoes whn mangoes are half cooked, add chillies, tumeric and salt. Saute for 2 min. Remove from heat n garnish with fresh coriander. serve
