Steps

Marinate chicken pieces with yoghurt, ginger, garlic (3 cloves) and cumin powder for at least 2 hours.

Heat little oil in a pan and add onions and garlic and let it cook on medium heat till they turn brown.

Add rounded green chilli and tomato. Let it cook for about 2 minutes till the tomatoes are softened.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and 3 powdered walnuts. Mix well and let cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the marinated chicken with all kits contents and mix well with the masala. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add half cup water (depends on how much curry you want) and cover the pan. Let it cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.

Remove cover and let cook for another 5 minutes over medium flame. Turn off the flame, add one powdered walnut, and garnish with cream/ milk. Mix well and serve hot with rice/roti.
