The glass will be hot when you remove it from the microwave, so be careful.

66 mlWater
1 tbsp+ 1 teaspoon Sugar
2 tbspMirin
2 tbspSoy sauce

Put all the ingredients into a heatproof glass and stir.

Heat in the microwave (600 W) for about 1:30 minutes. Once it begins to bubble, it's ready!

You can pour it over tempura, or combine with grated daikon radish!
