Kale chane ke kabab
Its a very soft tastey and nutricious kabab.
Steps

In a pan heat 1 tsp oil. When hot add jeera, then green chilles and ginger saute for a minute

Now add dhaniya powder and boiled chana to it and saute

Now add chilli powder garam masala powder and amchur powder and saute well. Add salt and when the mix is dry take it out from flame and let it cool

Grate tbe potato and paneer

Grind the chana mixture

To this muxture add tbe grated paneer and potato.

Mix well and add Chopped hara dhaniaya. Mix well and add salt if needed.

Now make tikkis and roll it over bread crumbs.

Shallow fry them in a non stick pan till golden brown on both sides

Serve with tomato suace or green chutney
