Firstly aloo and paneer ko mash krege usme arrowroot milaye 1/2 tbsp or mix karein achhe se.

Isme thorda salt add karein mix karein side me rhke.

Arrowroot powder le usme thorda pani dalke batter banayein... Ab aloo paneer mixture le flatten karein malai rhke jaise chahe shape de batter me dip karein or garam oil me fast flame par deep fry karein...absorbent paper par niklae side me rhke.

Gravy ke liye kadai me 1 tbsp oil lenge usme jeera add krenge onion add krege,pepper powder add krenge or saute krenge fir ise thanda kar ke grind krenge...

Now again kadai me oil dale usme onion paste tomato puree dalege....and spices salt,chilli powder,haldi,coriander powder dalke mix krenge and cover kar ke cook hone de... Now cashew,melon,raisin (inko 1 hour pani me bhigona hai) ko grind kar ke add krenge dahi dalege mix krege fast flame par fir slow par kuch der....ab garam masala add krenge.... Jab serve krna ho pehle kofta fir gravy dale or malai se garnish karein..
