Ingredients

  • 250 grm green matar
  • 300 grmpaneer
  • 2tej patta
  • 2onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 5garlic clove
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 2 Pinchelaichi powder
  • 1/2 spoonhaldi powder
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1/2 spoonLal mirch powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 spooncoriander powder
  • 1 Pinchred food colour
  • 2 spoonsoil
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 1 spoonbesan
  • 2 spoonschopped green coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Matar ko achhi tarah dhokar 3 cup pani me whole night soaked hone diya.

  2. 2

    Usi pani ke sath tej patta namak dalke cooker me 4 whistle pakne diya.

  3. 3

    Onion,tomatoes,garlic,ginger ko mixi me pisdiya.

    Ek pan me oil garam karke paneer pieces ko halka red hone tak fry kiya.

  5. 5

    Paneer ko alag plate me nikalke usi oil me ajwain fry karke mixi me pisi hui mixture ko dalke low flame me fry kiya.

  6. 6

    Jab mixture pakgaya tab haldi, namak, jeera powder,Lal mirch,elaichi powder daldiya fir 1 cup pani dalke 10 minutes low flame me pakaya.

  7. 7

    Fir fried mixture masale ko cooker me dalke matar ke sath mixed kiya.aur uper se fried paneer ko dalke hila diya.

  8. 8

    Ab thorda sa pani me besan Aur food colour mix karke cooker me daldiya aur 5 minutes fir se pakne diya.

  9. 9

    5 minutes pakne ke baad hari dhaniya daldiya.

  10. 10

    Bas ready hogai matar paneer.
