Matar ko achhi tarah dhokar 3 cup pani me whole night soaked hone diya.

Paneer ko alag plate me nikalke usi oil me ajwain fry karke mixi me pisi hui mixture ko dalke low flame me fry kiya.

Jab mixture pakgaya tab haldi, namak, jeera powder,Lal mirch,elaichi powder daldiya fir 1 cup pani dalke 10 minutes low flame me pakaya.

Fir fried mixture masale ko cooker me dalke matar ke sath mixed kiya.aur uper se fried paneer ko dalke hila diya.

Ab thorda sa pani me besan Aur food colour mix karke cooker me daldiya aur 5 minutes fir se pakne diya.

5 minutes pakne ke baad hari dhaniya daldiya.

Bas ready hogai matar paneer.
