Ingredients

10 minutes
4 persons
  • 1/2 kgboiled shakarkandi
  • 3 tbspboiled American corn
  • 3 tbspboiled matter
  • 1big chopped in lengthwise onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 tspchopped adrak
  • 1 tspchopped chillies
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/4 tspHaldi powder
  • as par tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspkashmiri mirch
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspchaat msala
  • 2 tspolive oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the shakarkandi in small pieces. keep aside.

  2. 2

    Take a kadai heat oil add mustard seeds. when it pop up add onion and saute up to little brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and cook till soft. Add haldi, kashmiri mirch, red chilli powder and 2 tsp water. saute till oil seperated.

  4. 4

    Add matar, corn and shakarkandi pieces. Mix nicely. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook cover with lid for 5 min.

  5. 5

    Add rest of masalas, coriander leaves and stir for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Gas turn over and cool down meanwhile add lemon juice and serve with paratha or chapati. Happy cooking
