Ingredients

  • dry
  • 20 lbturkey
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tbspfresh coffee grounds
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 4 gallonpeanut oil
  • 1 tspChipotle powder (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub tbls peanut oil all over inside and out of thawed turkey.

  2. 2

    Rub turkey inside and out with rub mix. Leave in fridge overnight.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in Turkey fryer to 350°F

  4. 4

    Cook for 1 hour 20min. Internal temp of turkey should be 165°F

  5. 5

    Take out of fryer, let oil drain, cool and enjoy!
