Ingredients

  • 63 gramsunsalted butter
  • 10 ozmarshmallows (big ones)
  • 5 mlvanilla extract
  • 165 gramsrice krispies

  1. 1

    Melt butter on low, add marshmallows and stir on hob I used gas mark 4 (electric) remove from heat add vanilla.

  2. 2

    Stir in rice krispies, my pan was not big enough so I used a bowl. Put into a non stick tray and leave to set for 1 hour. DO NOT PUT THIS IN THE FRIDGE!!!!
