This is my adaptation of a recipe from hunts.com. basically the same except I use my homemade sauce and more of everything, because the serving size they list is never enough for my hungry bunch!

This is my adaptation of a recipe from hunts.com. basically the same except I use my homemade sauce and more of everything, because the serving size they list is never enough for my hungry bunch!

preheat oven to 375. spray lasagna tin (or 13×9" casserole) with cooking spray
- 2
cook macaroni for least amount of time as indicated on box; drain
- 3
pour about 1 cup of pasta sauce on bottom of baking dish.
- 4
beat eggs in bowl with whisk, stir in parmesan cheese, pepper and macaroni. spoon into baking dish and cover with remaining 2 cups of pasta sauce

sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni
- 6
bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown
- 7
let stand 5 minutes before serving. enjoy!
