Ingredients

  1. 2Cornish game hens
  2. 1 cupbrown sugar
  3. 3 tbspcourse sea salt
  4. 1olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    Rub olive oil over both hens, liberally.

  3. 3

    Combine brown sugar and salt. Rub generously over both hens.

  4. 4

    Bake birds on roasting pan for 45 minutes or internal temperature reaches 145.

  5. 5

    Let birds rest for ten minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy
