Chane ko 6 se 7 minute ke liye pressure cook karein.

Cook hone ke baad channi ki help se extra pani nikal de.

Ab chane ko 1/2 hr ke liye fan ke niche sukha le(yaad rahe pani bilkul sukh jana chahiye)

1/2 hr baad medium hot oil me deep fry karein.

Kitchen paper me nikal le.

Ab serving bowl me dal kar ek ek kar ke sare masale,salt & lemon juice add kar ke ache se mila le.

Aapke dhaba style chana fry ban kar taiyar he.Turant serve karein.

Is chane ko barik kati onion, tamater,hara dhaniya,nimbu ras or baki sare masale mila kar bhi khaya jata he.Enjoy.
