Ingredients

  1. 1small onion diced small
  2. 2 clovesgarlic minced
  3. 1/4 cupolive oil
  4. 1small can of tomato paste
  5. 1large can of crushed tomatoes
  6. 1/2 tbspsugar
  7. 7fresh basil leaves chopped fine
  8. 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes or to taste !
  9. 1 poundfresh cleaned shrimp

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil and onion and garlic saute on low heat until onion is clear and never brown your garlic you lose the flavor !

  2. 2

    In another pot bring water to a boil with tsp of salt and a little oil for the angle hair

  3. 3

    To the garlic and onion now add the tomato paste and crushed tomatoes

  4. 4

    Stir in the crushed red pepper flakes and basil and the sugar

  5. 5

    Now add your shrimp cook until your is done. Caution do not over cook your shrimp as it will become to chewy

  6. 6

    Enjoy with a little parmesan cheese and garlic bread

I was an over the road truck driver for over 32 years I have been to every great state we have and 3 Canadian provinces been to Mexico many times and I have EATEN SOME OF THE BEST FOOD KNOWN TO MAN . when I would come home I loved to play in the kitchen !
