Ingredients

  • 1 large bowl Chana dal stock
  • 1/2 cupCooked chana dal
  • 1 cuproasted Khobra
  • 1roasted onion
  • 2green chilli
  • 1whole garlic roasted
  • 1 tspcrushed ginger
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspkhandeshi kala masala
  • 1/2 cup Coriander chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1-2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook chana dal. And seperate chana dal and its stock.

  2. 2

    Make paste of roasted khobra, green chilli, coriander, ginger garlic, onion, above cooked chana dal. And make fine paste.

  3. 3

    Heat oil. Add curry leaves and put above paste in it. Saute it till it shows foam on top. Add spices and chana dal stock and boil it for 6-10 min

  4. 4

    Give it frequent stir.

  5. 5

    Serve it with steamed rice.
