First cross cut baingan. Keep tail intact.

In another bowl mix all ingredients mentioned above

Now in those cuts fill stuffing. And press it so it won't come out. Keep some stuffing for gravy.

Now heat oil and add crushed garlic in it and fry it. In that oil add baingan and fry it from all sides. When it is half fry, add all remaining filling and add 1 cup boiled water. Add pinch of more salt in case needed. And boil it for 5 mins or until baingan is completely cook.

Serve it with bhakri
