Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 50 gbrown sugar
  2. 50 mlmalt vinegar
  3. 150 gtomato sauce or ketchup
  4. 1small tin of pineapple chunks
  5. 1 tablespoonlight soy
  6. 2garlic cloves crushed
  7. Salt and pepper to season
  8. 4large chicken breasts (chopped into bite size pieces)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients into a large pan.

  2. 2

    Simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    In another pan fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes or untill white through the middle.

  5. 5

    Add the chicken to the sauce.

  6. 6
