Ingredients

5 servings

50 gbrown sugar
50 mlmalt vinegar
150 gtomato sauce or ketchup
1small tin of pineapple chunks
1 tablespoonlight soy
2garlic cloves crushed
Salt and pepper to season
4large chicken breasts (chopped into bite size pieces)

Add all the ingredients into a large pan.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

In another pan fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes or untill white through the middle.

Add the chicken to the sauce.
