Ingredients

5 large serving
  1. 5 packs (500 g)pork ribs
  2. 2 bunchesspring onions (roughly chopped)
  3. 6 teaspoonsdemerara sugar
  4. 6 teaspoonsdark soy sauce
  5. 6 tablespoonsclear honey
  6. 6 teaspoonsDijon mustard
  7. 1 teaspoonground allspice
  8. 1 teaspoonchilli powder (more if you like hot food)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the spring onions, soy sauce, demerara sugar, honey, mustard, allspice and chilli powder into a large bowl (big enough to fit your ribs with a bit of room). Make sure you bowl isn't metal.

    Blitz the ingredients together untill they become a sauce and then carefully add just over half to your ribs.

  3. 3

    Cook them in the barbecue untill a temperature probe says the middle is 65°C.

  4. 4

    Once cooked remove the ribs from the barbecue and cover in the remaining sauce on your plate.

  5. 5
