Besan ko chhanakar isame salt,sugar,heeng, and curd milayen. Water ki help se batter banayen. Garlic ko cut kar isme milayen.

Bhagon ya flat kadhahi mein pani lekar boil hone rakh dein. Ab kisi plate mein refind lagakar batter mein eno powder milakar isame palat de. Bhagone mein plate rakhakar,dhakakar 10 minutes steam par pakayein.

Ab kadhahi mein oil garamkarke rai chatakakar curry patta and green chilli dale.Ab isame 2-3spoon sugar and half bowl water mix kar dein. Ye tadaka taiyar dhokle par spread kar dein. Chahen to green coriander leaves se garnish kar lein.

Spongy dhokla tomato sauce ke saath serve karen.
