Line bottom of roasting pan with onions. Place ham on top.

Pour OJ over ham. Cover with foil.

Roast at 325° approximately 2 hours until thermometer reaches 145°.

Uncover in last 10 minutes of roasting and pour honey glaze packet over the ham.

Variations; Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, apples, apples cider/juice, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit, any berry.
