  1. 1 packagesred grape tomatoes
  2. 1 packagesyellow grape tomatoes
  3. 1 packagesfresh mozzarella
  4. 1extra virgin olive oil
  5. 1salt and pepper
  6. 1 packagesfresh basil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine tomatoes and cheese in a mixing bowl. Toss with good EVOO.

    Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil

    Variations: Balsamic vinegar, Red wine vinegar, goat cheese, fresh oregano

  4. 4

    Try using larger tomatoes and cheese. Slice them on the bias.
