3 lbground beef
1 tbspsalt
2eggs
6saltine crackers in crumbs
3serano chiles chopped up
1/2 cupketchup
2 tbsphot sauce (preferably tapatio )
1/2onion chopped finely
1 clovegarlic chopped finely

combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix well.

set oven at 350`

form meatloaf into a log on a cookie sheet. Cover with foil and cook 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook another 45 minutes, if u like ketchup on top now would b when u would add it.
